Following my experiences at Centrica and British
Airways, initiating & steering major intranet projects, I have put together this guide. It is full of information, downloads and advice, structured into three phases: Before,

I believe passionately that a world class intranet portal can become the engine of your organisation and may well be the most significant
investment that you ever make in your people, their processes and their systems.
